Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
If an order is placed to an excluded address type, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. If no alternative is provided, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping on all US orders. No minimum order value.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of placement. Personalised items (harness and collar) require this time for personalisation to be applied and quality-checked before dispatch. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
If processing is delayed beyond this window, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 7–15 business days. This gives a total estimated time from order to delivery of 8–18 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier schedules, or peak periods (including major US holidays and Q4). They are not guaranteed.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch.
Carrier
Orders are fulfilled via CJ Dropshipping. Carrier varies by region and order type — typically USPS, UPS, or ePacket consolidation services.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. KindPet is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at kindpet.hq@gmail.com immediately — we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your tracking has shown no movement for 30 days from dispatch, or your carrier confirms the parcel is lost, contact us at kindpet.hq@gmail.com with your order number. See our Refund Policy for full details on how lost orders are handled.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at kindpet.hq@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at the customer's expense. If you decline reshipment, a partial refund minus shipping and processing costs may be issued. Personalised items returned undeliverable due to customer address error cannot be refunded in full.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax, where required, is calculated and displayed at checkout.
