Two rings. Where you clip decides what the pull does.
Clip a leash to a dog's back and you are in a straight contest of weight against weight. Dogs are built to lean into pressure, so the harder you hold, the harder they lean. That is not bad training. That is just what happens when the pull comes from behind them.
Move the attachment point to the centre of the chest and the geometry changes. A forward pull now turns their shoulders back in your direction. You are not out-muscling them. You are changing where they are pointed.
That is the whole mechanism. A ring in a different place, doing something a ring on the back physically cannot.
It will not retrain your dog. The instinct stays. What changes is that you stop being on the losing end of it.

Will this stop my dog pulling?
It changes the walk, and here is how. Clip at the chest and a dog pushing forward gets turned back toward you rather than getting to lean into it. You steer instead of brace. Kerbs, other dogs, the stretch of pavement where they always lunge: those are the moments the chest ring is for, and it is why it sits there alongside the top one. What it will not do is change what your dog wants. That is training. What it does is put you back in charge of where they end up.

That is the one that genuinely frightens people, and more often than not it comes down to fit rather than the harness itself. One that sits even slightly loose is the one they reverse out of. Measure the chest properly, take the larger size if you fall between two, and tighten the straps until you can just fit two fingers underneath. The sizing section below walks through it, and if you get it wrong the exchange covers you.
How does it go on?
Over the head first, then one buckle at the side. The neck loop is a single continuous piece, so there is no fastening at the neck at all, and one buckle to check instead of three. Most dogs settle into it within a few days once it stops being new.
Will it rub?
The chest plate is padded and the mesh panel sits against the body. Rubbing is usually a fit problem rather than a fabric one, so get the chest measurement right and check underneath the straps after the first couple of walks.
Will it hold up?
Sixty days is long enough to walk your dog in the conditions you actually walk them in, not just the easy ones. If it does not hold up to your standard in that time, you are covered, no questions asked.
How long until it arrives?

Measure right behind the front legs, around the widest part of the chest. That number matters more than your dog's weight and more than their breed.
